Bare Winemakers Pinot Noir
Sourced from an established vineyard in the Limestone Coast known for it’s distinctive Pinot Noir fruit. Dark red in colour with classic Pinot characters to the fore displaying cherry, dark berry and a varietal savoury edge.
The wine is supple and long with a good deal of concentration balanced by a clean acidity. Drinking well upon release and will cellar well. Pair with roast duck on baby lentils or a wild mushroom risotto.
