Master Distiller, Alexander Bell, created this unique spirit using a vapour infusion method influenced by gin distillers, making it one of the first vapour infused cane spirits on the market.
Originally inspired by the flavours of Christmas, the award-winning rum is infused with five spices, fresh citrus, lemon myrtle and rose petals.
Aromas of lemon myrtle, candied orange zest and a floral note combined with earthy tones of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove fill the nose. On the palate experience tastes of candied orange zest, as well as citrus, soft spices and sweetness.
